Presenting Your Property We will meet with you in person, via phone or email that best suits your convenience, to evaluate your property and make recommendations to prepare your property for lease. We will do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine the optimal monthly rental amount for your property utilizing a wide range of professional resources.
Advertising We will advertise and promote your property to the public as well as fellow Realtors who are members of the Peoria Area Association of Realtors. There is no upfront cost to you for our marketing of your property.
Screening of Applicants We will thoroughly review each prospective tenant’s rental and credit history, including prior evictions, broken leases, and background checks. We will also review prospective tenant’s credit (past collections, judgments, and current liabilities), verify current employment.
Maintenance We will use our own network of maintenance vendors to provide the best quality maintenance for your property in a timely manner.
